Fedex InformationWhen placing an order, you will have a choice of shipping Ground Fedex, 2nd Day or Next Day. Obviously, anything other than Ground will be more expensive. If for some reason you prefer we ship UPS, simply ask in the "Comments" section. FedEx is responsible for getting your shipment to you safely. Upon receipt, if you notice or suspect any damage, note so on the delivery papers. DO NOT refuse shipment of your order regardless. If upon opening you find the merchandise damaged, e-mail us with the details at info@allstainedglass.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Problems of this nature do not happen frequently, but we do try to take care of them as quickly as possible.
