Handi-Bender Wire ToolThe Handi-Bender is the Ronco-Matic of wire bending tools! This sturdy, long-lasting aluminum jig (4-3/4" x 1" with holes for mounting to work bench) forms up to 1/4" diameter STEEL wire (imagine how easy it will work with copper wire). The slots and steel bending pin make basic bends, angles, curves and eyes -- and can even be used to straighten wire. We use to have panels and etched bevels hanging around with what we use to call curly-hangers. The wire was formed and shaped by hand around pencils and nails and anything else we could find. It took a long time and no two ever seemed to look alike. If only we had had this tool then! The best wire works we have seen so far came from a customer who bought two of them. He set them up side by side and works on each end of the wire as needed. Sorry, wire and etched bevel not included. This tool is 4-3/4"x1", heat-treated die cast aluminum. It can clamped in a vise or mounted on a workbench using the two 1/4" dia. screw holes in the bender. |
