Return Policies

You must first have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before any goods can be returned. Any packages(s) received without a RAN clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused as "Refused- Return to Sender". To obtain a RAN, e-mail us at info@allstainedglass.com.

If you wish to return merchandise that is not defective, you may do so within 10 days of receipt, for a store credit. You will be responsible for shipping the merchandise both ways. Merchandise must be unused and in its original, undamaged packing; ie, it must be resellable as a new product. In all case, there will be a restocking fee of the greater of 15% of the returned merchandise or $5.00. If delivery is refused of any order, it will be treated as "returned Merchandise".

Regardless, all packages should be opened and inspected upon receipt. Any damage is the the responsibility of Fedex or UPS. They will not, however, accept any claims for damages unless the claim is reported to us within one week of receipt.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on glass or items containing glass, paints, books and patterns, videos, chemicals, metals (cames and rebars) or special order items. The only exception to this is if we have shipped an item to you in error, in which case you must notify us within 36 hours of receipt so that we may issue a return number where necessary.

If merchandise has been used and is defective or needs repair or replacement, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer if it has a warranty. We are not authorized to accept returns of used merchandise or perform repair work on merchandise. We will, however, provide you with all the information needed to contact the appropriate party.

If merchandise has been used and you simply do not like it, we cannot accept its return. We only sell new products, not products that are used or reconditioned. Be certain before you buy, and,whenever possible, use a product before deciding it is what you want . Do not buy a product thinking that you will "try it out". If you are not sure, please wait until you are before buying.
